As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in maintaining high-quality food production and supporting the wider kitchen team in delivering excellence every day.
The Duties: Ensure consistency in high-quality food production, in line with hotel standards and expectations.
Provide support to the kitchen team in other sections as required.
Ensure the working area is clean, tidy, and maintained according to the cleaning schedule.
Apply and maintain a strong knowledge of HACCP procedures.
Work independently when required, taking initiative and managing tasks with minimal supervision.
Ensure all customers are satisfied with the service and quality of food provided.
The Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie in a similar hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen operations, and HACCP standards.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Candidates must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the ROI.
Visa and relocation packages are not provided.
Salary & Benefits: €17.00-€19.00 per hour, depending on experience.
