We are excited to be searching for a highly motivated individual to join our growing team as an Experienced and/or Trainee Recruitment Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
* Scheduling calls with job seekers to understand their career aspirations.
* Working towards set targets/KPIs for business development, including outbound calls, following up on inquiries, targeted mailers, and video messages.
* Evaluating CVs and screening candidates via phone, email and video interviews.
* Posting job advertisements on job boards, social media and through email campaigns.
* Maintaining accurate records for clients and candidates within our CRM system.
* Providing administrative support as required.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
* 1+ years of office-based sales, HR or Customer Service experience.
* Highly motivated with the ability to learn quickly and use own initiative.
* Comfortable communicating with clients and candidates at all levels via phone, email, video and face-to-face meetings.
* Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
* Superb interpersonal skills with a professional approach to clients and candidates.
* A desire to develop and progress within the recruitment industry.
