We are seeking a Bookkeeper to join our team. This is a hands on role, central to the day-to-day running of the company's financial operations. The successful candidate will take ownership of the accounts, payroll and provide general support to the Managing Director.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the creditors ledger: processing invoices, reconciling statements, preparing and processing supplier payments.Oversee the debtors ledger: raising invoices, reconciling customer accounts, and allocation of receipts.Administer weekly payroll including related PAYE compliance on ROS.Subcontractor Payment Notifications on ROS and recording of RCT deductionsPrepare and submit VAT returns.Complete bank reconciliations and assist with year end accounts.Liaise with staff members to ensure accuracy and consistency of financial recordsProvide general office administration support as required, ensuring smooth day-to-day operationsQualifications & ExperienceProven experience in an accounts, bookkeeping, or finance role.Proficiency in Sage (or similar accounting software).Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Ability to work independently with initiative and manage deadlines.Job Type: Part-timePay: From €20.00 per hourExpected hours: 20 – 30 per weekBenefits:Work from homeWork Location: Hybrid remote in Co.
