Job Title: Site Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Operations Manager to lead our site operations team.
* Effective planning, allocation of work activities, and oversight of cost and time controls to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
* Daily planning, allocation of tasks, and collaboration with Chargehands and operatives to achieve planned workloads within agreed timescales and budgets.
* Coordinate fitting out, refurbishment, and maintenance of modular units to meet customer and business needs.
* Supervise internal teams, subcontractors, and Chargehands to ensure consistent performance and output.
* Motivate team members to achieve KPIs and project goals.
* Ensure skills and labour resources are matched to daily requirements.
* Maintain daily oversight of job costing, stock usage, and productivity measures.
* Ensure all work is carried out to agreed specifications and in line with company quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven supervisory experience in a construction or related operational environment.
Strong understanding of modular building assembly, refurbishment, and maintenance.
Experience managing teams, subcontractors, and site-based operations.
Demonstrated ability to control costs and manage job allocations to budget.
Relevant trade background or technical knowledge of modular building systems.
Familiarity with digital job management systems.
