Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to extending offers and onboarding.

Conduct exit interviews and manage employee status changes.
Maintain clear, accurate, and organized candidate records.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Follow established guidelines and best practices for talent acquisition.
What Were Looking For:
A bachelors degree in a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of recruitment concepts, practices, and procedures.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
A proactive and positive attitude, with a commitment to delivering a great candidate experience.
Ability to work under supervision while maintaining a strong sense of responsibility.
