Job Title: Business Transformation Lead
This role offers a unique opportunity to drive impactful change across the organisation, leveraging your expertise in process analysis, stakeholder engagement and project management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing Change Networks within the operational business and functions of our client's organisation. This involves conducting thorough assessments of current processes, communicating with stakeholders to ensure their buy-in and support for the change initiatives, and monitoring success through regular check-ins.
Key responsibilities include:
* Establishing and managing Change Networks within the operational business and functions of our client's organisation.
* Conducting thorough analyses of current processes to identify areas for improvement.
* Communicating with stakeholders to ensure their buy-in and support for the change initiatives.
* Collecting change management data from the operational business and functions, monitoring progress and identifying areas for improvement.
* Supporting and delivering against the change management framework, using standardised templates such as Change Impact Assessments, Business Readiness Assessments, and Stakeholder mapping.
* Understanding the business context of change delivery and recommending strategies and interventions.
* Facilitating change in Projects, working closely with Project Managers to recognise dependencies between the business and IT.
* Ensuring the organisation's readiness to receive change and providing guidance on implementation timelines.
* Monitoring and evaluating the impact of changes on the organisation.
* Identifying and addressing any resistance to change, developing strategies to overcome it.
