Responsibilities
* Advise on all aspects of employment law, including contentious and non-contentious matters, HR strategy, restructuring and employee relations.
* Contribute to high-profile employment matters for a diverse range of Irish and international clients.
* Collaborate with colleagues across Ireland and the UK on cross-border matters and provide pragmatic, solutions-focused support.
Candidate Profile
* 4-7 years PQE in employment law, ideally within a leading Irish or international firm.
* Strong technical knowledge and experience in both contentious and advisory employment work.
* Excellent commercial awareness and client relationship skills.
* Ability to manage and mentor junior team members.
