Job Title: Actuarial Recruitment - Associate Director at Raretec Recruitment
A leading professional services firm in Dublin city centre is recruiting a Senior Qualified Actuary with substantial Non-Life/Health experience to join the team. This is an interesting opportunity for an experienced actuary with a flair and interest in business development and projects to work on challenging projects, collaborate with a diverse team, and contribute to the growth of a successful practice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of a wide range of actuarial projects, including reserving, product development, and regulatory reporting (e.g., Solvency II, IFRS17).
* Contribute to multi-disciplinary assignments across various fields, including ESG, M&A, and risk management.
Skills and Experience:
* Qualified actuary with at least 5 years post qualification experience.
* Good knowledge of the Non-Life or Health (re)insurance industry.
* Strong client relationship management skills.
* Experience of financial reporting, particularly Solvency II and/or IFRS17 reporting would be advantageous.
* Proven experience of managing teams and/or projects would be beneficial.
Remuneration:
* Salary €105,000-€110,000 + Bonus & Benefits
