In this role, you will: Lead Process Improvement: Own and execute key engineering initiatives that deliver measurable operational success. Champion Manufacturing Excellence: Boost quality, efficiency, and output through robust engineering solutions. Bring Strategic Vision: Develop and implement technical strategies that align with broader business goals. What You Bring Youre someone who combines deep technical expertise with the leadership to move people and processes forward. Engineering Qualification: Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering. Proven Experience: 7+ years in a similar GMP or highly regulated manufacturing environment. Project Leadership: Strong background in project management, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement. Effective Communication: Ability to translate complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Lean & GMP Knowledge: Experience in Medical Device Manufacturing or GMP environments is a strong advantage, alongside proficiency in Lean tools.
