Our Hotels:

The award winning Crowne Plaza Dublin Airport Hotel is seated in a luxurious haven, in a mature and tranquil parkland setting, just minutes from Dublin Airport. Guests enjoy superb facilities and exceptional world class service one would expect from such a prestigious name. The hotel offers 209 guest rooms, complimented by a selection of suites, our Club Floor and Club Lounge, 1000-seat Conference & Event Centre along with state of the art conference rooms, a business centre and our Inca Coffee Company Lounge. We have also recently completed the refurbishment of our Cinnabar Red Bar and Touzai Restaurant. Our venue is one of the largest facilities in Ireland for hosting national and international meetings. Our sister hotel, Holiday Inn Express Dublin Airport, is located adjacent to the Crowne Plaza, with 214 guest rooms and a range of facilities available to our guests.

The Person:

We are looking to recruit an individual with previous experience to work in our Front Office Department who will be passionate about people and providing superb guest service.

Experience & Qualifications:

* Have previous receptionist experience, ideally in a large and busy 4-Star hotel
* Have knowledge of reception and reservations systems
* Have excellent attention to detail/IT skills
* Have previous experience with Fidelio/Opera (required)

Main Duties/Responsibilities:

* To provide 100% quality service to guests at all times
* To carry out duties in accordance with statutory, health and safety requirements
* Deal with day-to-day front office operations
* Deal with check-in and check-out of guests
* Deal with guest queries
* Process payment for guests' bills
* Organise check-in for large tours and groups with room allocations
* Manage reservation enquiries when required
* Ensure all large company postings are accurate on the company account
* Assist in training and coaching of the Front Office Team
* Assist with management of the Front Office Team/Department
* Conduct effective communication within the Department, and with other Departments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From €14.25 per hour
