Role & Responsibilities Supervise civils works on site (earthworks, drainage, ducting, utilities, roadworks) Coordinate subcontractors and labour to deliver work safely, on time, and on budget Monitor quality, programme, and compliance with method statements Report to Site Agent / Project Manager and keep accurate site records Lead toolbox talks and enforce safe working practices Requirements Previous experience supervising civils construction sites Strong technical knowledge of civils works and sequencing Team leadership and organisational skills Safety qualification (Safe Pass / SSSTS or equivalent preferred) Full clean driving licence Whats On Offer Competitive pay/benefits package Stable project pipeline across the region Supportive culture with opportunities for progression How to apply: Send your CV to APPLY NOW
