We are currently seeking a **Purchasing & Stores Assistant** to join our team at The Hardiman. This role is key to supporting the day-to-day purchasing and stock control operations of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process and track orders using **Procure Wizard**
* Check and confirm deliveries, ensuring quality and accuracy
* Store goods safely and in line with **HACCP** standards
* Maintain a clean and organised delivery area and office
* Assist with regular food and beverage stocktakes
* Ensure proper stock control and documentation
Requirements:
* Strong attention to detail and organisation
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment
* Previous stores or purchasing experience an advantage
* Knowledge of stock systems (e.g. Procure Wizard) a plus
