The Deputy Manager is a key role within our hotel, overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient running across all departments.
We are seeking an experienced leader to assist the General Manager in managing the hotel's daily activities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and a guest-focused approach.
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in Hotel Management, preferably in a busy 4 or 5-star hotel. Strong leadership and team management skills are essential for this role.
Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing the smooth operation of the hotel
* Assisting the General Manager in achieving operational objectives
* Fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork
* Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained
* Managing staff performance and providing coaching and development opportunities
The successful candidate will be rewarded with a competitive salary, ranging from €50,000-€55,000, depending on experience. In addition, a professional development plan is available to support career growth.
