Lead Banqueting Service Team
The successful candidate will oversee the planning, setup and execution of all banqueting events from intimate dinners to large-scale weddings.
* Oversee event planning, setup and execution
* Lead the banqueting service team
* Liaise with Events Team, Executive Chef and other departments
* Manage staffing levels, rosters and team performance
* Uphold high standards of guest service, presentation and health & safety compliance

Requirements
* At least 1 year's experience in banqueting, events or hospitality management
* Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
* Strong leadership qualities with a hands-on approach
* Keen attention to detail and commitment to delivering high standards
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
