Job Summary:

A leading Financial Services client in Dublin is seeking a technical leader to build and maintain scalable, secure, and reusable development frameworks.

The role requires strong Java expertise, experience in financial markets, and the ability to lead cross-platform integration and development.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design and develop core frameworks, utilities, and shared backend services.
* Lead integration of vendor and in-house systems across multiple platforms.
* Define development standards and guide adoption across delivery teams.
* Ensure alignment with architectural, security, and CI/CD practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience with:

* Java (Spring Boot)
* SQL/No SQL
* Kafka/MQ
* Microservices Event-driven architectures and system integration

Deep understanding of trade lifecycle, order flow, and market structure.

Proven track record in architecture design and surveillance systems.

Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Familiar with agile methods, data governance, and emerging tech trends.

Able to manage priorities in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
