Residential Property Manager Role
Hays Recruitment are working with a leading property management service provider seeking an experienced residential property manager to join their team. Our client has an outstanding reputation in the Irish property sector and recently won a new portfolio of business.
This is a firm based in Dublin City Centre. They are passionate about providing the best possible service to their stakeholders and tenants.
Your New Responsibilities
* Oversee administration of all developments, ensuring effective management and response to client queries.
* Manage credit control issues and review correspondence for approval.
* Liaise with the operations department regarding work required on each development, including tendering processes.
* Liaise with the accounts department for audited accounts from draft to final.
* Collaborate with senior office administrators on insurance policies and claims.
* Complete requisition requests, membership certificates, and letters of indemnity.
* Prepare reports for clients and the senior management team.
* Attend AGMs and other meetings after office hours.
* Operate and monitor SLAs for management companies.
* Conduct site visits as prescribed by individual SLAs and maintain full site knowledge.
* Work with project managers to implement project work required by directors/developers/committees.
* Budget preparation and expenditure control.
* Coordinate activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and directing staff.
* Monitor work to ensure completion according to schedule and quality standards.
* Represent the company at board of directors/dealer meetings.
* Review goals and objectives to resolve problems and make recommendations for changes in instructions and guidelines.
Requirements
* Possess a PSRA licence or confirmed eligibility.
* Degree-qualified with proven management experience in a recognised organisation within the property industry.
* At least 3 years' experience in a management role with strong management experience in office systems, budgeting, finance, and operations.
* Familiarity with MUD legislation.
