We are a family run restaurant looking for a Restaurant Manager to help lead all aspects of the business.
We are looking for a customer focused, service driven candidate who can set an example with an attention to detail.

Leading the team with positivity and energy.
Delivering top-class customer service at every table.
Managing rosters, hours, and staff costs with a keen eye on the bottom line.
Training and developing staff so everyone grows with you.
Keeping standards high across food, service, and atmosphere.

Experience managing teams in a busy restaurant or café.
Confidence with numbers — you'll know your way around staff costs, wage percentages, and scheduling.
