About Your New Job
As the Business Development Manager, you will:
* Own the full sales cycle – from prospecting and generating leads, through to pitching, negotiating, and closing.
* Develop new business opportunities by building relationships with decision-makers across Irish companies.
* Take a consultative approach – understand client needs and align solutions that deliver real impact.
* Be the commercial voice in a start-up – bringing fresh ideas to shape outbound strategy, messaging, and sales processes.
* This is a role with end-to-end responsibility. You’ll thrive if you’re hungry to hunt, confident in closing, and eager to leave your mark on a scaling business.
What Skills You Need
* 2+ years’ experience closing deals in a full-cycle sales role (consultative sales, SaaS, or services preferred).
* Proven hunter mindset – you enjoy building your own pipeline and creating opportunities, not just managing inbound leads.
* Consultative communicator – able to unpack complex challenges and match solutions to client needs.
* Startup DNA – resilient, self-driven, and comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment.
