Job description We are seeking an experienced Sous Chef or Senior CDP for our client in Waterford. Key Responsibilities Include: Overseeing the day to day running of the kitchen alongside the Head Chef Assisting the Head Chef in menu development and implementation of new dishes, bringing fresh ideas and methods to the table Manage the relationship with the garden team to ensure ingredients are utilised and used efficiently throughout the seasons Mentor and develop junior team members to ensure the company ethos is instilled within the team and continually drive excellence Assume responsibilities of the Head Chef in their absence Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience at Sous Chef / Senior CDP or above level from a reputed 4-star / 5 - star hotel or restaurant Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: €34,000.00 - €38,700.00 per year Skills: HACCP Menu Planning Pass control Training & Development Culinary Stock Control Supervising
