We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Leader to join our team as the Head of Sales. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in driving business growth, developing sales strategies, and leading multidisciplinary sales teams.
The Head of Sales will be responsible for:
* Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives
* Leading and managing sales teams to deliver exceptional results
* Maintaining relationships with key customers and stakeholders
* Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales decisions
Key Responsibilities
The Head of Sales will have the following responsibilities:
1. To develop and implement people engagement and incentive strategies that drive sales performance
2. To manage sales team issues, including recruitment and training/development
3. To implement and refine the sales strategy
4. To analyze and optimize sales processes and routes-to-market
5. To provide customer feedback and insights to inform business development decisions
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* 5 years of international sales management experience
* Ability to understand and draft sales strategies, translate them into structured systems, and ensure execution and business impact
* 7 years of sales/marketing experience with a proven record of sales performance
* Degree in Business or equivalent
* Experience and network in the Construction and/or Agri markets is advantageous
