A position is now available for a qualified and experienced Vehicle Technician to join a well-established and professional team in the Mullingar area.
This role offers the opportunity to work with leading automotive brands including Ford and SEAT, in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Role Purpose Responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing vehicles in line with Ford and SEAT work specifications, while ensuring exceptional customer service is delivered at every stage.
Responsibilities Diagnose and resolve vehicle faults using diagnostic equipment and a methodical approach.
Engage with customers to clearly understand and address concerns when required.
Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and apply this knowledge in diagnostics and repair.
Perform all repairs and services to the highest standards and specifications.
Maintain safe working practices at all times.
Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors on complex tasks.
Verify repair quality through diagnostic testing and road tests.
Complete service documentation accurately and in accordance with brand and dealer requirements.
Maintain a clean and organised workshop environment, including tools and equipment.
Requirements Fully qualified technician with relevant certification.
Experience with Ford and SEAT vehicles is an advantage.
Skilled in using diagnostic tools and systems.
Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to completing tasks efficiently and accurately.
