Medical Claims Specialist Role
We are seeking a skilled Medical Claims Specialist to join our team in the medical insurance claims department.
The ideal candidate will have recent experience in a similar role, with expertise in processing claims and understanding of claims procedures. They should also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and an interest in numbers.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Responding to incoming emails and calls, handling member queries and processing member claims
* Processing payments and subscriptions, acknowledging and managing customer complaints, and performing general administration tasks
* Assisting with ad-hoc duties as required
