Responsibilities:
Your learning journey will span the entire lifecycle of a data centre project, from initial design and building shell construction through to internal fit-out, commissioning, and final handover.
You will gain hands-on experience in both Construction and Project Management activities including:
Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models using Revit, Navisworks, and related platforms
Support multidisciplinary coordination and clash detection processes
Assist in implementing BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and project BIM standards
Work closely with engineering, design, and construction teams to ensure model accuracy
Extract model data, schedules, and quantities to support project delivery
Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM workflows and digital tools
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, BIM, or a related discipline
Strong working knowledge of Revit
Familiarity with Navisworks and clash detection workflows
Understanding of BIM standards, workflows, and coordination principles
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
