Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Foreman to lead construction projects in Wicklow. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of coordinating site activities, managing trades, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity.
The successful Site Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, supervising trades and subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. They will also coordinate materials, plant, and labour requirements to ensure seamless project execution.
The role requires strong knowledge of construction methods and sequencing as well as excellent communication and leadership skills. The ability to interpret drawings plans specifications with confidence is essential for this position.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
* A minimum of 5+ years' experience as a Site Foreman or Lead Tradesperson in the construction industry
* Strong knowledge of health & safety legislation
* Proven experience supervising multiple trades
