About the Opportunity
This is an excellent chance for a seasoned IT professional to join a close-knit team in Bangor. As a key member of our support unit, you will provide remote and on-site technical assistance to business clients across Northern Ireland.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical support to business clients via phone, email, or on-site visits.
* Take ownership of incidents and service requests, managing them through to resolution using professional services automation tools.
* Deliver IT projects including system migrations, upgrades, and hardware rollouts.
* Proactively monitor and maintain client environments using RMM tools to prevent issues before they cause disruption.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a technical support role.
* A Level 5 qualification in an IT-related subject or equivalent practical experience.
* Solid understanding of Microsoft Windows & Office applications, Windows Server, Microsoft 365 administration, networking fundamentals, and communication skills.
* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
