Key Responsibilities
* Support to Project Managers: Collaborate with project managers on planning, coordination, and tracking project progress.
* Project Scheduling: Maintain accurate project schedules and RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) logs.
* Reporting and Communication: Prepare and present regular project reports to senior stakeholders, ensuring effective communication of project status and progress.
* Financial Management: Assist with project financials, including forecasting, cost tracking, and budget reconciliation.
* Resource Allocation: Help manage project resource allocation and utilisation, driving efficiency and productivity.
* Process Improvement: Drive consistency in PMO processes and contribute to continuous improvement, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks and project control standards.
Requirements
* Skills and Qualifications: Proficiency in project management tools and techniques, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or project management.
