HVAC Specialist Needed

\

We are seeking a highly skilled HVAC Technician to join our team.

\

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in installing, maintaining and repairing air conditioning systems, ventilation systems and other related equipment.

\

A successful background in fault-finding and diagnostic work is essential for this role.

\

Bonus points if you have experience working with boilers and general boiler house plant.

\

Key Responsibilities

\
\
1. Maintain and repair air conditioning systems, ventilation systems and other equipment
\
2. Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults
\
3. Carry out maintenance and repair of HVAC plant including single splits, VRV systems, chillers, air handling units and ventilation systems
\
4. Exercise judgment in developing plans or suggestions and work with teams to assure quality plans
\
5. Comply with all EHSQ policies and procedures as required
\
6. Work under pressure and within strict deadlines
\
7. Participate in continuous learning and skill development
\
8. Develop effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
\
9. Communicate clearly and effectively both written and verbally
\
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
\
11. Possess good problem-solving and analytical skills
\
