Events Coordinator
to join our growing Sales Team at The K Club.

Here's how you'll bring the K Club's trailblazing vision to life:
* Provides administrative support to the Events Team
* To ensure all the menus, rooming list and all event information are entered into the system a minimum of 14 days prior to an event
* To ensure billing is checked post event, next day, to ensure accounts have accurate information to send to client
* To attend daily and weekly operation meetings on behalf of the Events Team
* To prepare and manage daily and weekly reports for the Events Team, including but not limited to: Daily Activity Report, Weekly Deposit Report, Daily Change updates, Weekly Function Sheets
* To create profiles for all New Contacts/Companies in Opera, and update Existing profiles where required
* To conduct Resort Site inspections
* Manage all internal meetings & events, in particular liaising with HR for upcoming trainings
* To ensure weekly Site Inspections are communicated timely to Resort Operations
* To ensure the Enquiries, Business Won & Business Lost is sent out daily and accurate for all reservations
* To provide cover where required for all areas of the sales team
* Reporting to Senior Managers on the effectiveness of strategies/campaigns
This is how we see you:
* Experience in a similar role is preferred
* Previous experience of Opera is advantageous
* Will have the ability to be a quick learner and work in a fast paced environment
* Will have a friendly positive attitude and the ability to lead by example
* Must be fluent in English both oral and written
* Ability to build strong relationships
* Be committed to delivering exceptional service
