Job Title:
Human Resources Coordinator -----------------------------------

This is a part-time position, working 24 hours per week. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day Human Resources activities of a busy hotel.



Main Responsibilities:

* To oversee the day-to-day administrative duties of the Human Resources department.

* To encourage employee engagement through effective and transparent communication.

* Effective people management and implementation of ad hoc initiatives aimed at improving the working environment.



The HR coordinator will report to the General Manager and Group Human Resources Manager. To ensure that all new employees are furnished with all necessary documentation prior to their commencement, making sure that they have a positive onboarding experience.
