Key Responsibilities
1. Handle inbound customer calls and emails with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
2. Monitor and prioritize group mailboxes to ensure all inquiries and complaints are addressed promptly.
3. Deliver first-line troubleshooting for customer issues across the assigned product range by diagnosing problems and asking targeted questions to reach resolution.
4. Accurately document all customer interactions, complaints, and inquiries in line with company procedures.
5. Communicate investigation results to customers via clear, well-structured written reports and phone conversations.
6. Resolve issues within agreed timelines, meeting key performance indicators for both individual and team targets.
7. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance team performance and customer satisfaction.
8. Build and maintain specialist knowledge in assigned product areas and share expertise with colleagues.
Qualifications and Experience
9. Minimum of 1 year's experience in any medical/clinical setting or a customer-facing customer support role
10. Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer experiences while managing technical complaints.
11. Fluency in Norwegian is essential.
