We’re looking for a motivated ClusterSales Executive to join a dynamic team in two leading Dublin hotels. Reporting to the Cluster Director of Sales, you’ll play a key role in building relationships, growing new accounts, and driving business across both hotels.
The Role
You’ll be proactive in developing leads, managing accounts, and representing both hotels at client meetings, events, and sales activities. From telesales and corporate entertaining to supporting marketing initiatives, you’ll help the hotels stand out in a competitive market.
What You’ll Do
* Execute proactive sales actions to grow and nurture accounts
* Research and qualify new leads
* Manage contracts, quotations, and client correspondence
* Represent the hotels at client meetings, events, and trips
* Support sales reporting, competitor research, and marketing activities
What You’ll Bring
* 1+ year experience in hotel sales (reactive experience essential, proactive a bonus)
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Confidence in managing accounts and building client relationships
* Sales-focused mindset with a drive to hit results
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
