engineering company specialising in the manufacturing of spare parts for the medical devices Industry.
We are currently seeking a Toolmaker applications from enthusiastic and hardworking individuals with preferred
experience with CNC machining, but not essential as training will be provided.
Top rates of pay will be offered to suitable
candidates based on experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Machine high quality precision tooling parts according to engineering drawings provided
Ensuring all specification/tolerances are met on all tooling Programme set up and operate CNC machines to achieve cycle times, while maintaining and quality standards
Continuously improving efficiency when manufacturing parts
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of toolroom equipment
Maintain toolroom cleanliness
Requirements:
Fully qualified toolmaker
Ability to take ownership of one's own work and self-manage schedules and deadlines
Ability to understand mechanical drawings for tool assembly
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Excellent attention to quality and detail
Ability to operate toolroom equipment – lathes, mills, surface grinders
EDM & CNC machining is advantageous but not essential
Minimum of 2 years of practical Toolmaker experience.
Salary:
34,********,000 Annual
Negotiable / depending on experience
