About the Role:
We are seeking experienced care professionals to provide person-centred care in a home-like environment for individuals with intellectual disability, autism spectrum disorder and acquired brain injury.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality care that supports the social, religious and recreational needs of residents.
* Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective care.
Requirements:
* A degree in Social Care or a related field (e.g. Social Work, Youth Work, Teaching, Nursing, Childcare).
* Experience working in residential, respite or day service settings with people with an intellectual disability.
* Registration with CORU as a Social Care Worker or in the process of registration.
