Offer description

We are looking for a high-calibre Customer Care Executive to join our team. Reporting to the Customer Care Team lead, this role will be based in Mespil Road with a requirement to visit sites on an ad hoc basis.


Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for all customer and after-care queries.
* Manage requests from various channels across our developments.
* Respond to queries in line with company KPIs.
* Coordinate daily appointment scheduling between customers and the aftercare team across multiple developments.
* Manage customer expectations throughout their purchasing journey and beyond, aligned with our company values.
* Support local stakeholders, including interacting with neighbors to resolve queries promptly.
* Monitor query trends, provide feedback, and support process improvements with the CE Manager.
* Use CRM to capture and track updates through to resolution across sites.
* Prioritize tasks based on urgency.
* Analyze and report on customer survey feedback.
* Coordinate with construction, sales, and marketing teams to address site-specific customer impacts.
* Follow up to ensure completion of works with proactive communication.
* Coordinate documents and evidence from homeowners and supply to contractors as needed.
* Support external communication delivery.
* Collaborate with site teams to emphasize customer priorities.


The Candidate:

* Passionate about delivering a 'best-in-class' customer experience.
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused role.
* Experience in residential property is a plus.
* Relevant third-level qualification.
* Full clean driver’s license and access to a vehicle are preferred but not essential.
* Excellent team player with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
* Strong time management and planning skills, capable of working under tight deadlines.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders, including customers and internal teams.
* Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in MS Office.
* Organized, detail-oriented, independent worker, capable of multitasking.
