Our client is a leading professional services firm in Dublin. The firm is looking to appoint a Partner to lead and grow its Accounting Advisory division, supporting a broad portfolio of domestic and international clients across multiple sectors.

Role and Reporting Lines
Responsibilities include:
* Leadership – Drive the strategy, growth, and performance of the Accounting Advisory division.
* Business Development – Build relationships with existing and new clients to expand service offerings.
* Client Management – Deliver advisory services to a portfolio of dynamic clients across various sectors.
* Collaboration – Work closely with other Partners to align service delivery and maximise impact.
* Team Development – Mentor and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence.
* Project Oversight – Oversee the execution of high-quality financial reporting and advisory projects.
* Market Positioning – Represent the firm externally in industry forums and initiatives.
