Job Title
We are seeking a skilled and motivated HR Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, assisting with day-to-day operations, and contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
* Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases;
* Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires;
* Support performance management procedures and probation review processes;
* Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts and letters;
* Assist in organizing training and development initiatives;
* Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures;
* Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee information to the accounts department;
* Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or pursuing);
* Proven experience in an HR support role is an advantage;
* Strong organizational and time-management skills;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
* Able to handle confidential information with discretion.
