Senior Sous Chef Position Overview:

A highly skilled Senior Sous Chef is sought after to manage the kitchen operations of a bustling gastro-bar in Galway city.

Requirements:

* Formal culinary qualification is required.
* Proven track record of managing food safety management systems is essential.
* Experience at Senior Chef De Partie or Sous Chef level is necessary.
* Demonstrated experience of leading, coaching and training kitchen staff is desired.

The Role:

The successful candidate will join a well-established team with opportunities for career progression within a multi-site company. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills and be able to motivate the kitchen team to deliver exceptional service.
