We would love you to have:
Multi-site leadership experience with an absolute minimum of 4 years leading multiple hospitality locations at GM, Cluster, Regional or Senior level
F&B knowledge: A strong understanding of the F&B space — from concept to delivery to scaling
Demonstrable knowledge of the Irish/European hospitality and hotel market
Commercial and strategic mindset: Comfortable working with data, budgeting, forecasting and decision-making at scale
People-first leadership: You engage, develop and inspire cross-functional teams with clarity and care
Growth and innovation mindset: You love trying new things, challenging assumptions and raising the bar
