Role:
The Site Administrator provides administrative and document control support to the site management and project teams, ensuring the efficient day-to-day running of construction sites. The role plays a key part in maintaining accurate records, coordinating documentation, and supporting compliance, procurement, and site operations.
The Site Administrator will work closely with Site Managers, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, and subcontractors to ensure site administration processes are followed and information is accurately recorded and maintained.
Key Responsibilities
Site Administration & Office Support
* Provide administrative support to the site management team
* Manage day-to-day site office operations
* Coordinate correspondence, emails, and phone calls relating to site activities
* Support site meetings by preparing documentation and taking minutes where required
Document Control & Filing
* Maintain accurate site records and documentation
* Ensure all documents are saved and filed correctly in line with company procedures
* Manage drawing registers, document logs, and revision control
* Distribute drawings, specifications, and project information to site teams and subcontractors
Health & Safety & Compliance Support
* Assist with maintaining health and safety documentation on site
* Support the filing of risk assessments, method statements, and safety records
* Assist with inductions and maintain sign-in and training records
* Support audits, inspections, and compliance requirements
Commercial & Procurement Support
* Assist Quantity Surveyors and site teams with commercial and procurement administration
* Support subcontractor onboarding and document collection
* Assist with logging of invoices, delivery dockets, and subcontractor documentation
* Maintain administration schedules and site registers where required
Site Records & Reporting
* Maintain site diaries, attendance records, and labour logs
* Track deliveries and plant records where required
* Assist with preparation of reports and handover documentation
Communication & Coordination
* Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
* Support coordination between site, office, and project teams
* Respond to site-related queries in a professional and timely manner
Qualifications & Experience
* Previous experience in a Site Administrator or similar construction role (preferred)
* Strong organisational and administration skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy site environment
* Strong communication and teamwork skills

Pay: €29,441.48-€44,902.63 per year
