Autolease Fleet Management Limited trading as Niftibusiness is a joint venture between AIB Plc and Nissan Ireland Limited, providing mobility solutions to Corporate clients.

The Driver Support Executive works within our Driver Support Team and is responsible for the delivery of high levels of customer service. The role involves working in a call centre environment and with a strong dynamic team. Within this role, the candidate will work closely with our fleet customers and their drivers, key automotive suppliers, and contractors.

This role is a great opportunity for a customer service representative. To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator. He/she will be a self-starter, capable of working on his/her own initiative as part of a dedicated driver support and customer care team.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

● Automotive experience would be an advantage but not a requirement as full training will be giving.

● Good telephone communicator with all suppliers, customers and colleagues

● Solutions-focused with strong attention to detail and display a high level of accuracy.

● Good time management skills, managing fluctuating workloads & prioritisation of daily task.

● Ability to see issues through to completion and work to deadlines.

● Must be flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

● Expert in Microsoft Office, outlook, word and excel.

The successful candidate will

● Work as part of our service team to provide ongoing support to our fleet customers and their drivers and suppliers.

● Accountability for reaching out to drivers for all vehicle servicing, CVRT, NCT and maintenance requirements in line with manufacturer guidelines.

● Efficient management of both scheduled and un-scheduled maintenance

● Adhere to internal processes and policies regarding customer care and driver support

● Management of all incoming customer queries, providing responses within agreed SLA's

● Deliver exceptional customer service

● Achieve all team and individual targets to meet business objectives

● Attend all product knowledge, compliance and training sessions organised by the managers

● Undertake any reasonable role-related duties and ad hoc projects, which may be requested from your manager from time to time

Pay: €28,000.00-€32,000.00 per year
