We're seeking a Senior Talent Solutions Account Executive to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for building strong personal relationships with prospects and developing strategic plans to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute on strategic plans to build pipeline and drive new business opportunities
* Prospect relentlessly to identify and pursue high-level business opportunities
* Closed new business consistently at or above quota level
* Invest in colleagues and provide coaching and advice to support their growth and development
* Work collaboratively with product and marketing teams to develop insights and share market intelligence
Requirements:
* 3+ years of applicable sales experience
* Fluency in German and English
* Preferred Qualifications:
o Experience with recruiting, recruitment media, and HR software
o Experience selling IT or recruiting solutions
o Strong negotiation and accurate forecasting skills
o Demonstrated ability to find, manage, and close high-level business in an evangelist sales environment
