Role OverviewThe Sr. People Specialist supports a diverse, global team, providing guidance on HR policies, addressing workplace concerns, and collaborating with HR functions.
The ideal candidate has strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills, and is comfortable handling sensitive matters in a dynamic environment.
ResponsibilitiesGuide employees and managers on HR policies aligning with company values.Address workplace concerns and escalate issues when necessary.Support employee inquiries by interpreting policies and maintaining accurate records.Collaborate with Employee Relations, Benefits, and Talent Development teams.Exercise judgment within policies and recommend actions to resolve concerns.Provide frontline support for employee questions and issues.Develop and improve internal procedures.Build relationships across operational levels.Job Requirements4+ years of HR policy and process consulting experience.Bachelor's degree required.Experience as an HR Generalist and in HR shared services preferred.Familiarity with case management systems and Workday preferred.Ability to handle high volumes of employee cases.Strong conflict resolution and communication skills.Effective in virtual team environments.Additional InformationIf you need assistance due to a disability, please submit a request via our Accommodations Request Form.
