Here, you’ll find a place where your ideas matter and you can truly make a difference.Key ResponsibilitiesData Analytics: Data gathering, scrubbing, analysis, dashboard design and production, and reporting.Project Management: Supporting project management systems, assisting with IT investment projects, and providing administrative support.IT Support: Assisting with IT on-boarding/off-boarding, device compliance, issue resolution, and user support for Microsoft365 tools.Process Development: Developing efficient processes for documentation, updating dashboards, and creating intuitive storage systems.Cybersecurity: Assuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of IT and digital systems, managing processes, policies, and technical controls.Qualifications and SkillsTo succeed in this role, you should possess:To be working towards a degree in IT, Computer Sciences, Business Information Systems, Data analytics,Innovation and Technology courses, Digital Business and Innovation Courses.Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a dynamic team environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R, and other relevant technologies is desirable.Location:ESB is committed to smart working – combining digital tools with a culture of trust and empowerment to enable flexible ways of working.
