About the Role
We are currently recruiting an experienced and hands‑on Food & Beverage Manager to join a well‑established hospitality business in North Donegal, within close proximity to Letterkenny.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious hospitality professional to take full ownership of Food & Beverage operations while also gaining exposure across the wider hotel through Duty Manager responsibilities.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences, leading teams, and ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of multiple departments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all Food & Beverage operations
Act as Duty Manager, supporting the overall running of the hotel
Lead, train and motivate F&B teams to deliver exceptional service
Handle guest queries and resolve issues professionally
Manage staffing levels, rostering, and daily operations
Monitor costs, labour, and overall departmental performance
Ensure compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and company standards
Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of team members
Assist with weddings, events, and banqueting operations
Work closely with senior management to improve service and drive business
About You
Substantial experience in an F&B supervisory/management role
Strong background in a hotel environment
Proven ability to lead and develop teams
Experience managing guest expectations and complaints
Knowledge of cost control, labour management, and stock control
Good understanding of HACCP and health & safety compliance
Positive, hands‑on approach with strong organisational skills
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and shifts
