The Role Due to continued growth in their client base, they are seeking a Qualified Senior Accountant to join their team. This is a high-visibility role where you will work directly with a Lead Partner on a diverse portfolio of SME clients. Key Responsibilities: Financial Reporting: Preparation of statutory financial statements for a diverse portfolio of SMEs in accordance with FRS 102/105. Advisory Services: Act as a proactive business partner, providing strategic advice on cash flow, growth, and business planning. Taxation: Preparation and filing of Corporation Tax, Income Tax, and VAT returns. Team Leadership: Reviewing the work of junior staff and trainees, providing mentorship to help them progress. Client Management: Managing day-to-day client relationships and ensuring all deadlines are met with high-quality output. Requirements: Qualification: Fully Qualified (ACA / ACCA / CPA). Experience: Minimum 23 years of experience within an Irish accountancy practice. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Irish GAAP and tax compliance.
