We recently closed a competitive seed round backed by experienced founders and operators. Now, we're expanding across the US and Europe — and we're looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to help us build and scale our core platform.
The Role
As a Full-Stack Engineer, you'll design, build, and ship key components of our platform — from backend systems that power AI decision-making to frontend experiences that bring autonomy to life.
You'll work directly with the founding team to shape architecture, define development practices, and deliver high-impact features used by marketing teams globally.
What You'll Do
* Build scalable APIs and backend systems that power agentic decision-making
* Develop modern frontend interfaces in for campaign orchestration
* Design and implement integrations with major ad and analytics platforms
* Collaborate with AI and data engineers to deploy and monitor intelligent agents
* Ensure reliability, security, and performance across the stack
* Take ownership of problems end-to-end, from concept to production
What We're Looking For
* 3–6 years of experience in full-stack or backend development
* Strong proficiency with TypeScript,, or Python
* Experience with React or for modern frontend development
* Strong understanding of API design and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.)
* Curiosity about AI, automation, and how intelligent systems reshape workflows
* A proactive mindset and comfort in fast-moving, early-stage environments
Nice to Have:
* Experience in marketing tech, analytics, or data-heavy SaaS environments
* Familiarity with distributed systems or agentic frameworks
* Understanding of prompt engineering or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
