Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop and own your business plan for your customer portfolio, inspiring stylists and creating desirability among consumers.
* Build exceptional relationships with your accounts, blending face-to-face and virtual meetings to deliver a fast go-to-market strategy.
* Conduct client needs assessments, identify new business opportunities, and drive growth across your area.
* Forecast turnover, analyze data, and create risk plans to meet targets.
