Overview
This is a hands-on role where you'll manage 2 eCommerce websites, drive SEO performance, deliver targeted email campaigns, and support a range of marketing activities.
You'll work across both B2B and B2C audiences for the brand and sub-brands, helping to keep our digital channels accurate, engaging, and high-performing. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in getting the details right, and wants to make a visible impact.
What You'll Be Doing
Website Management
* Update product, category, and promotional content across three regional sites
* Check accuracy of product information, working closely with Product, IT, and Customer Service teams
* Help prepare and launch a new website portal for Retail, Professional, and Consumer audiences
SEO
* Plan and deliver SEO strategies to grow organic traffic
* Carry out keyword research and on-page optimisation for products and landing pages
* Manage technical SEO tasks such as audits, metadata, and structured data using GA4, Search Console, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog
Email Marketing
* Create and send targeted campaigns for different audiences using Mailchimp
* Manage contact lists, segments, and automation flows
* Track results and suggest ways to improve engagement and conversions
Reporting & Digital Tools
* Use GA4, Looker Studio, Tag Manager, and other tools to measure marketing performance
* Prepare monthly and campaign reports with clear insights
* Suggest smarter ways to track and automate activities
Campaign & Content Support
* Assist with digital campaign rollouts across multiple channels
* Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
* Help prepare product information packs, imagery, and marketing materials for partners
* Capture and edit photos/videos for products, events, and internal use
* Support the team at events, launches, and retailer activities when needed
What We're Looking For
* 3+ years in a digital marketing or e-commerce role
* Confident working with Magento 2 or similar eCommerce CMS
* Strong SEO knowledge – both technical and on-page
* Email marketing and automation experience (Mailchimp or similar)
* Comfortable using analytics and reporting tools
* Good organisational skills and attention to detail
* Clear communicator with a collaborative approach
* Proactive and curious, with a focus on delivering results
