Main Duties & Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will perform the following duties, aligning with the organisation's standards and strategic objectives:
* Update and maintain the case management system, including scanning incoming post
* General copy and dictaphone typing
* Handle queries on regulatory issues
* Filing of documents
* Maintain and update various Excel spreadsheets
* Liaise with the broader regulatory team and other executives
* Assist the regulatory team
* Answer telephone and email queries from solicitors and accountants, assisting in their resolution
* Draft correspondence to various professional services stakeholders
* Prepare documentation for committee meetings
* Upload documents onto the internal IT system
* Act as receptionist at in-person meetings of committees
* Liaise with committee members
* Perform miscellaneous duties assigned
