Vehicle Order Coordinator Role
The Vehicle Order Coordinator will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through efficient management of new vehicle orders and deliveries.
* Effective coordination of all new vehicle orders, ensuring timely delivery and managing relationships with suppliers.
* Placing accurate and timely vehicle orders directly with preferred suppliers.
* Providing administrative support for funding proposals, gathering necessary information to facilitate successful applications.
This role requires an experienced administrator who can provide expert advice on vehicle choice and grade list accuracy, manage customer inquiries, and track feedback to drive process improvements.
